Cuplock Spigotted Standards/Verticals play a vital role in scaffolding systems and also serve as a foundational element in formwork reinforcement applications. These standards feature cup joints at 500mm intervals, ensuring secure and efficient assembly.

The top cups are movable and designed to withstand tough site conditions, while the bottom cups are precision-welded and made from high-grade steel for maximum durability. Each standard comes with a 150mm long integral spigot at the top to facilitate vertical connections between uprights.

Additionally, 16mm diameter holes at both the base and spigot ends allow for the insertion of locking pins, ensuring enhanced safety and stability during use.

Steel scaffoldings are temporary platforms, either supported from below or suspended from above, on which workers stand while doing jobs at heights above the ground level. Building & construction jobs may require several kinds of scaffolds to permit easy working.

Cuplock spigotted standard/vertical is basically used in get in scaffolding work and also act as a base structure for Formwork strengthening applications. The cup joints are at every 500mm intervals. The inbuilt movable top cups are made for rough site handling. The welded bottom cups are made from high grade steel. Integral spigots are 150mm long and are provided at the top of each standard for making upright connections. The base and the spigots of every standard have 16mm diameter holes which enables use of locking pins to secure the standards wherever necessary.
